The purpose of the action is to provide the towns of the coastal area of Pulpí with a pipeline that will cover the supply requirements planned in the future with resources from the desalination plant of Águilas/Guadalentín. The new pipeline, with capacity to supply a flow of 2 hm3/year will complement the existing one managed by GALASA, so that between the two they can meet the daily consumption forecast for the days of maximum occupancy.

The works are pending tender.

This purpose of this action is aimed at the link between the distribution network of the Águilas desalination plant and the irrigation network of the Irrigation Community of Puerto Lumbreras, in order to properly manage the new water resources granted.

As a solution for this link, the construction of a reservoir with a 40,000m3 intake capacity is planned, where the water will pour from Cerro Colorado using gravity, and from this reservoir an impulse to take it towards Peñas Blancas, to the existing reservoirs of the Irrigation Community.

The purpose of the action is to prevent interruptions in communication routes in urban areas of the northern and western districts of the city of Cartagena due to severe flooding caused by the rains.

The purpose of the action is to facilitate the contribution to Cenajo reservoir of supply volumes from the Tajo-Segura transfer, as well as flows from the floods of the high basin of the river Mundo. A tunnel has been built for this that is 7513.67 m long and 3.50 m inside diameter, for the conveyance of water from the Talave reservoir to the end of the Cenajo reservoir.

The purposes of the modernisation of the Acequia Mayor of Molina are to enable the implantation of modern localised irrigation techniques to promote water savings and obtain the necessary regulation against the volatility of the resources of the basin.

Desalination plant with production capacity for 48 hm3/year (11 reverse osmosis racks) extendible to 70 hm3/year, allowing supply of part of the region of Murcia through the Association of the Canales del Taibilla and the urban supply and irrigation for tourist-residential uses in the Campo de Cartagena through an extensive distribution network that runs from the distribution network from the plant to the towns of Alhama, Fuente Álamo and Murcia.

The plant entered into service in June 2009.

Esta actuación pretende evitar los daños personales y materiales que se pudieran ocasionar por el desbordamiento del cauce del río Mula a su paso por Albudeite. El encauzamiento, que tiene un tramo de 1.300 metros y que puede desaguar hasta 980 metros cúbicos por segundo (m3/s), es capaz de albergar caudales de hasta 3 m3/s. Estas obras se incluyeron en el plan de lucha contra avenidas de la Cuenca del Segura RDL 4/1987

La rambla de San Jerónimo discurre al pie y bordeando el montículo donde se ubica el castillo de la Vera Cruz y su casco viejo, por lo que es visible desde muchos lugares singulares de la ciudad. Constituye, además, una barrera urbanística para el crecimiento por el contorno norte y este de la ciudad, ya que se trata de un barranco ancho y profundo. Con esta actuación de acondicionamiento de las márgenes y el cauce, se pretende integrar la rambla dentro de la trama urbana y rehabilitar un espacio que se está degradando progresivamente

La actuación comprende la construcción de un conducto enterrado circular de hormigón armado de entre 1,50 y 1,20 m de diámetro desde la E.D.A.R. de Murcia-Este hasta el Azarbe Mayor, discurriendo por el paraje de Rincón de San Antón, la pedanía de Llano de Brujas y el paraje de Cabecicos hasta llegar al Azarbe. Con estas actuaciones el Ayuntamiento de Murcia pretende facilitar que los agricultores del Azarbe Mayor dispongan de agua tratada por la depuradora del Rincón de San Antón para regar sus cultivos.
