The urban centre of Pi, located in the province of Lleida, is located two miles south of the town of Bellver de Cerdanya and is an annex to it. This town has no sanitation system, dumping sewage generated in the Pi stream, which drains into the river Segre. The action involves the construction of a collector to send the waste water generated in the urban centre of Pi to the waste water treatment plant at Bellver, thus avoiding direct discharge to the Pi.

The town centre of Térmens, in the province of Lleida, currently has a sewer network that is not in use and a sanitation infrastructure to make contributions to irrigation water, which discharges with no treatment directly to the river Segre. Furthermore the town of Menarguens near to Térmens, currently has a collector that collects waste water from the town to which various irrigation branches are incorporated, and as in the case above, the water is discharged into the river Segre without any treatment .

The town of Alguire, in the province of Lleida, has a waste water treatment plant that has never been put into operation since it does not have a collector for the discharge of treated water. The action involves the construction of a collector that discharges the treated water into the waste water treatment plant, so that now this can be put into operation.

The current sewerage network of Alcoletge, in the province of Lleida, is incomplete to cover the entire municipality, and also does not have a system for waste water treatment, so that the discharge of municipal waste water is carried out directly into the river Segre and agricultural irrigation ditches. The action is to complete the sewerage network of the town, and in the construction of a new plant for treatment of urban waste water with a treatment capacity for an average flow of 875 m3/day, to prevent its direct discharge into the river Segre.

STATE OF THE ACTION:

La actual red de alcantarillado de Alcoletge, en la provincia de Lleida, es incompleta para cubrir la totalidad del municipio, no disponiendose tampoco de un sistema de tratamiento de aguas residuales, por lo que el vertido de las aguas residuales del municipio se realiza de forma directa al río Segre y a acequias de riego agrícolas.

El nucleo urbano de Pi, situado en la provincia de Lleida, está situado a dos kilómetros al sur de la localidad de Bellver de Cerdanya y es un agregado de éste. Este nucleo no dispone de ningún sistema de saneamiento, vertiendo las aguas negras generadas en el torrente de Pi, que desagua al río Segre. La actuación consiste en la construcción de un colector que envíe las aguas residuales generadas en el nucleo urbano de Pi a la estación depuradora de Bellver, evitando de esta manera su vertido directo al torrente de Pi.

El nucleo urbano de Térmens, en la provincia de Lleida, dispone en la actualidad de una red de alcantarillado en baja como infraestructura de saneamiento a la que realizan aportaciones de agua de riego, la cual descarga directamente sin tratamiento al río Segre. Por otro lado el municipio de Menarguens cercano a Térmens, dispone actualmente de un colector que recoge las aguas residuales del municipio al que se le incorporan diversos ramales de riego y al igual que en el caso anterior las aguas son vertidas al río Segre sin ningún tratamiento.

El municipio de Alguire, en la provincia de Lleida, dispone de una depuradora que nunca se ha puesto en funcionamiento ya que no dispone de un colector de vertido de aguas tratadas. La actuación consiste en la construcción de un colector que vierte las aguas tratadas en la depuradora, de forma que ésta se pueda poner en funcionamiento.
